Alpine Planning Ltd was set up in 2016 by Alex Jelley with the goal of providing a planning service that offers more for less. We specialise in detailed reports, spending the time that’s necessary with our clients in order to limit the stresses involved with planning as much as possible. Many of our competitors have the viewpoint that they’re working against the local authorities, however, we prefer to work with them helping to achieve permission for your vision the first time around.

Our work has involved supporting HufHaus proposals across the UK, providing Planning input into proposals drafted by Architects, project managing the planning process on behalf of clients, and providing expert opinion at drafting stages. We have been fortunate to have worked on some nationally significant projects, bringing forward over 10,000 new homes, over 4 million sqft of employment land, town centre regeneration projects, and green energy parks.

Alex Jelley MA MSc MRTPI

Alex is an experienced strategic planning, economic development and regeneration professional with a track record of helping to deliver large scale growth. He has a masters in Spatial Planning from Oxford Brookes and has been involved in the New Communities Group of the Town and Country Planning Association, and is a Chartered Member of the RTPI.

Louise Jelley BSc MA MRTPI

Louise is an experienced Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and has over 15 years experience within local government specifically in the field of Planning, primarily Development Management.

Louise has significant experience in dealing with major planning applications. This has recently included work on the progression and delivery of the Sustainable Urban Extension in Wellingborough known as Stanton Cross and previously included work on the delivery of the East Kettering SUE.
