We’ve recently been working on a redesign project for this commercial property on a unique site in the middle of Kettering.

With the council’s vision for the ongoing regeneration of the town centre, the plan is to develop an innovative design to support our client’s application to the NHS to provide a new Vaccination Centre in the existing commercial unit as well as adding a three-storey extension above to accommodate 6 luxury apartments.

Furthermore, there will be a new commercial space opening up for a Café in the rear courtyard.
